With graduation right around the corner, it't time to start thinking about grad gifts! This year, it's a little different because I'm on both the giving and receiving end. I think that finding the perfect gift to carry your graduate into this next exciting chapter of life has to do with two things: practicality and individuality. This is the perfect time to give something more useful and timeless, while keeping the graduate's unique style in mind. Above are a few of my favorite graduation gift ideas for girls! What are some of your go-to gifts to give? If you've already graduated, what is the best graduation gift you've ever received? I'd love to know!

Vintage Details

shoes//pants (similar)//vintage sweater

One thing that I love about living so close to SF is being able to discover all of the hidden gems in the city. My bestie and I made a day trip a few weeks ago and stumbled upon Industrie Denim, a designer denim warehouse meets vintage shop. Although most of the store was way too expensive for me (we're talking $2,500 pants), there was the most amazing sale room I have ever seen. For example, I snagged these Rag and Bone cords for $38. When does that happen?! Then when I found the vintage section, I realized I might actually be in heaven. Although it's a little itchy, I couldn't not buy this sweater. Because when else will I ever come across a hand knit vintage dog sweater? I paired my outfit with my favorite leopard flats and, of course, Starbucks. Have you ever gone vintage shopping?

TAudrey Jewelry Favorites

-

Last week, Kate of A Lonestar State of Southern announced her design collaboration (check it out, so gorgeous!) with TAdrey Jewelry by hosting an incredible giveaway; a $300 TAdrey gift card to be exact! Well, getting an email the following Monday saying I had won made my day just about 8782786 billion times better! Obviously, the first items I added to my cart were Kate's gorgeous earrings. Then, I started to explore the site and all of the different personalization options, and before I knew it my cart was full! I even was able to add a special saying and my hometown's coordinates to the bangles I picked out. I know that as I move on to college and beyond, I'll treasure this jewelry and the meaning behind it.

Thank you so much Kate and TAudrey Jewelry for creating this giveaway! It was such a treat to splurge on such gorgeous jewelry. I cannot wait to wear it all! Pictured above are a few of my favorite TAudrey pieces! What are your favorites?

Graduation Announcements With May Designs

-

The past four years have flown by! I was just an excited freshman, totally enjoying my time in high school with the end nowhere in sight. And then I blinked and became a nostalgic senior. Things got real when I decided on UCLA, and then really real when I realized that it was time to pull out the address book and send out graduation announcements!

I am so excited to be teaming up with May Designs today to share my announcements. I wanted to keep my them simple, yet unique and original. I was able to do just that with the endless style, font, and color combinations to choose from. Although it was so hard to pick a favorite design, I loved taking the time to get the it just right. My high school and college colors are the same, so I decided to embrace royal blue with details on the front and the bold print on the back. I ended up picking this design. I love every little detail about my announcements, especially the "hats off" emblem on the front!

As I end this chapter and prepare for the next one, I'm so thankful to collaborate with May Designs. I love how my graduation announcements turned out and cannot wait for my family and friends to receive them!

Happy Sunday! Nothing is better than fresh flowers and sunshine! These perfect warm and breezy days have driven me outside. Whether I'm doing homework, reading, or snapping the occasional outfit post, I constantly prefer to stay in the sunshine! I've been wearing this outfit (or some similar version) so often lately. I love how simple, comfortable, and feminine it is. The little details like my double pearl earrings definitely dress it up, too. They're not for everyone, but I am obsessed! What do you think of double pearl earrings?
